Sorry for the inconvenience but while we switch to our new EHR system, we will no longer have online scheduling. Please call the office and we would love to get your scheduled. 

We have switched to Athena. If you were a previous patient please reach out to office and we will send you the link to setup your portal. 

Athena Portal access is located under the "MORE" tab. 

New patients please call office at 615-797-1418 and press 1 to schedule with reception.
