Sorry for the inconvenience but while we switch to our new EHR system, we will no longer have online scheduling. Please call the office and we would love to get your scheduled. 

Current patients please log into your portal to schedule an appointment. If you need assistance with scheduling or portal log in please call the office so we can help you with access to your portal. 

New patients please call office at 615-797-1418 and press 1 to schedule with reception.
