We are offering weight management solutions at Harpeth Health.
We know sometimes people need a little help reaching their goals. We are striving to help make weight management options more affordable to help you reach you reach those goals.
We currently offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy that is shipped directly to our office. You pick them up or we deliver to you, then you administer the medications your self.
We do know some people do not like to administer medications to themselves, we offer the option to have us keep the medications in clinic as well and administer them for you (this is an extra $30/Month or $10/week).
These medications are not for everyone but we would be happy to meet with you via telehealth or in clinic to discuss if these could be the right option for you.
We do require up to date lab work (within the last year). We want to ensure your kidneys, liver, and thyroid are all working as they should.
We have decided that our compounded weight loss medications will now require a monthly follow up and we will only be providing one month supply at a time due to the climate regarding compounded GLP-1/GIP medications. The visit cost will be included in the medication price.
